![]() It's just the textures and poly count that are a little bad. And even the animations are so well recorded that you can look at the pitching animation and know which corner he's pitching at, and the diving catch animations always line up perfectly, and the batter checks his swing if you only move the right stick halfway, etc. I mean there's really not much to improve on with MLB 2k12 aside from the graphics - the gameplay is so very fun and intuitive and skill-based, the complexity makes it so you can make tiny adjustments to almost everything, even with stuff I don't really understand like calling up/sending down to the minors, or managing injuries. I mean I get that these games work best with a gamepad, but I'm using an Xbox 360 gamepad on my PC, a lot of people do these days. ![]() I remembered having a blast with MLB 2K10 on the Xbox a long time ago, and I looked it up and discovered that they kept making until MLB 2k12 for the PC, so I got that, and I'm currently having a blast with it on my PC.īut it's the last one they made for the PC, everything after has been console-only. ![]()
